Pricing FAQs

A few helpful details.

Have a question that is not answered here? Payton is happy to help.

Do I need a guitar before the first lesson?

No. You may borrow one of Payton’s guitars for your first lesson. He can then guide you toward an instrument that fits your size, musical interests, and budget before you buy.

Which lesson length should I choose?

Thirty minutes is a focused fit for many younger, beginner, or casual students. Sixty minutes allows more time for technique, songs, theory, improvisation, or advanced goals. After the free lesson, Payton can recommend the best fit.

How often are lessons held?

Both tuition options include one private lesson each week. Consistent weekly instruction helps students build momentum and gives each practice week a clear purpose.

How does monthly tuition work?

Tuition is charged by the month rather than by individual lesson and reserves your recurring weekly time. Payment is due by the first lesson of each month. Apple Pay, Zelle, cash, and checks are accepted.

What happens if I need to miss or reschedule a lesson?

Your monthly tuition remains the same when a lesson is missed because your weekly time is reserved for you. Rescheduling is easy through the reminder email sent before each lesson, and make-up lessons can be completed within 30 days.

Are lessons available for kids and adults?

Yes. Lessons are personalized for kids, teens, and adults at beginner through advanced levels, on acoustic or electric guitar.
