Agreement to these terms
By using this website, submitting a form, or scheduling a lesson, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Lesson enrollment may also include additional policies explained before ongoing lessons begin.
Lessons and scheduling
Lessons are private, personalized, and offered by appointment at our San Antonio home studio. Lesson times are subject to availability. Studio visits are by appointment only; please do not arrive without a confirmed lesson or meeting time.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for reviewing confirmations and reminders sent to you.
Monthly tuition, payment, and makeup lessons
Tuition reserves your recurring lesson time and is charged by the month, rather than by attendance at each individual lesson. Tuition is due no later than the first scheduled lesson of each month. Accepted payment methods are Apple Pay, Zelle, cash, or check.
Because your lesson time is held for you, a missed lesson does not reduce that month’s tuition. When you need to miss, you may reschedule through the link in your weekly reminder email. Eligible makeup lessons must be completed within 30 days and remain subject to available times.
Please contact us promptly if an unusual circumstance affects your schedule. Any school-initiated cancellation will be handled directly with the affected student.
Complimentary first lesson
The complimentary first lesson is an opportunity to meet Payton, discuss your goals, and experience the teaching approach before deciding whether to enroll. It has no cash value and is subject to availability. If you do not yet have a guitar, you may borrow one of Payton’s for the first lesson, and he can guide you on choosing an instrument.
